Live\-In female Dementia Carer Required – Wiltshire

Seeking an experienced, compassionate and reliable carer for my elderly mother in Wiltshire.

My mother has late\-stage dementia and is bedbound. She requires personal care, companionship, reassurance and support with day\-to\-day living. She is generally gentle and cooperative and remains much happier in her own home environment.

Key details:

• Late\-stage dementia

• Not mobile or wandering


• Not generally incontinent, although occasional accidents do occur


• Usually sleeps through the night, although she does sometimes require reassurance or assistance


• Driver essential


• Excellent spoken English essential due to communication needs associated with dementia


• Private bedroom provided


• Food allowance and household bills included


• Immediate start available

Ideally I am looking for two carers working a rota arrangement (for example one week on/one week off), although other arrangements will be considered.

A budget of up to £1,000 is available for a full live\-in week covering 7 days and 7 nights. Where care is shared between multiple carers or fewer days are worked, payment will be adjusted accordingly.

This role would suit someone with experience of dementia care who is calm, patient, dependable and looking for a long\-term placement supporting someone to remain in her own home.

Pay: £700\.00\-£1,000\.00 per week
