Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication management.
- Support clients with mobility and household tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Build trusting relationships with clients to promote well\-being.
- Follow care plans and report any changes or concerns.
- Ensure safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals as needed.
- Qualifications
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Previous experience in home care or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license is advantageous.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Ability to handle physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
