Chamarel Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Live\-In Care Worker to join our supported living service in Cambridge, supporting adults to live safely and independently. This is a full\-time live\-in role offering a competitive rate of £125 per day, with accommodation and all bills included.

You will live on\-site in shared accommodation alongside another live\-in care worker, working together to provide consistent, around\-the\-clock support in a warm, homely environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, person\-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing


• Assist residents in developing independent living skills, routines, and personal goals


• Support individuals with day\-to\-day tasks, personal care, and daily living


• Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and professional boundaries maintained


• Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure high\-quality outcomes

• Prior experience in learning disability or mental health care (preferred)


• A caring, patient, and reliable approach with a genuine commitment to person\-centred values


• Right to work in the UK and availability to live on\-site


• A clear enhanced DBS check (existing check preferred)


• Strong communication skills and empathy

• Live\-in role with accommodation and all bills included
