What You'll Be Doing

• Providing person\-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs.


• Assisting with personal care while promoting independence and dignity.


• Supporting daily routines, social activities, appointments, and community access.


• Following care plans and clinical guidance, including safe moving and handling procedures.


• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns.


• Building a positive, professional relationship based on trust, respect, and encouragement.

• A kind, patient, and dependable individual with excellent communication skills.


• Experience in care or supporting people with complex needs is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.


• A genuine passion for helping others live fulfilling, independent lives.


• Flexibility to work two weeks, live in one week off


• A commitment to delivering exceptional, person\-centred care.


• Willing to travel

• Competitive pay of £1001 for each week worked


• Paid training, commencing the 5th\- 8th October 2026
