Live-in Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalised support to individuals within their own homes. Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility


• Support with meal preparation and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment


• Help clients adhere to their individual care plans, ensuring their needs are met effectively


• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well\-being


• Drive clients to appointments or errands as required, maintaining safe driving practices


• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to relevant healthcare professionals


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members or care coordinators

• Solid experience working as a live in carer or providing home care is advantageous


• Evidence of undertaking home care training courses


• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred


• Solid experience working as a Live In carer or providing home care is advantageous


• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English


• Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes


• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families


• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others’ independence and well\-being


• Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisation and reliability in managing daily tasks
