Paralegal - Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation

• Annual Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

Join a dynamic firm as a full-time Paralegal in their Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation team. This role is based in their Farnham office and offers the opportunity to work directly with two Partners. It is ideal for candidates seeking to gain invaluable experience in the legal sector.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Correspond and liaise by telephone and email with clients, solicitors on the other side, litigants in person, Court managers, Counsel’s clerk, and Counsel.


• Prepare hearing, trial, and mediation bundles.


• Draft Court documents for both County Court and High Court proceedings.


• Assist with fee-earning work, including drafting pleadings, applications, instructions to Counsel, and Witness statements.


• Undertake legal research.


• Manage general file and diary, including arranging teams/conference calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate with previous work experience in Dispute Resolution and/or Property Litigation within the legal sector.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn.
