Pay: £24,000 – £30,000 per year

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their expanding litigation team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will assist fee earners and manage their own caseload (where appropriate) across a range of civil litigation matters. You must be confident handling files from inception through to resolution and be comfortable working within the Civil Procedure Rules framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of civil litigation files from start to finish


• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and applications


• Preparing court bundles and disclosure documents


• Issuing proceedings and filing documents at court


• Drafting cost schedules where required


• Liaising with clients, counsel, and the courts


• Advising clients on procedure and litigation risks under supervision


• Maintaining high standards of client care


• Meeting performance and file progression targets

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in litigation matters


• Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)


• Experience drafting court documents and correspondence


• Ability to issue proceedings independently


• Understanding of litigation costs and risk


• Pragmatic and commercially aware approach to case handling


• Excellent client care and communication skill

• Bonus on top of salary based on performance

• London N12 0BP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Litigation: 2 years (preferred)
