<p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Maintain the Standard:</strong> Uphold IGC’s high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborate:</strong> Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Solve & Support:</strong> Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="12,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Knowledge:</strong> A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.</p>
