We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the North West / North London / Hertfordshire, installing, servicing, and repairing lifts.
Key Responsibilities

- Insurance inspections – Attending sites, examining a wide variety of lifting equipment, and issuing detailed reports to clients.
- Condition surveys – Surveying existing plant to provide reports on the incumbent service provider’s service delivery, compliance with current Health \& Safety legislation, Disability Discrimination Act compliance, and short\-, medium\-, and long\-term lift lifecycle analysis.
- Providing overview reports outlining options for refurbishment of existing installations or replacement with new pre\-engineered modular design solutions.
- Equipment audits – Carrying out visual surveys of existing installations to benchmark them against predetermined quality expectations and producing reports.
- Maintenance audits – Providing professional advice on the incumbent service provider’s performance and service delivery, supported by written reports.
- Travelling independently to attend customer sites and premises as required.
- Maintaining up\-to\-date knowledge of lift products and accessories.
- Completing test certificates and associated documentation accurately and on time.
- Adhering to Health \& Safety regulations at all times.
- Working in a methodical, efficient, and professional manner while delivering excellent customer service.
- Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by senior management.

- Delivering an excellent customer and client experience.
- Ensuring maintenance, inspections, and repairs are carried out safely, accurately, and cost\-effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date records.

- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience carrying out lift service and maintenance inspections.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of lift systems independently.
- Experience working autonomously in a customer\-facing role.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of current Health \& Safety procedures and standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
