Aspire People are recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified TA looking to secure a long-term role where they can use their experience to make a real difference to pupils' learning and development.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support across the classroom
- Supporting pupils with Maths, English, phonics and reading
- Delivering targeted learning activities and interventions
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
- Supporting positive behaviour and effective classroom routines
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff where required
- Recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- More than 6 months' UK-based experience working within a school
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
- Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative
