Nursery Assistants – CACHE Level 2 / Level 3

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated CACHE Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Brentwood.

This is a fantastic opportunity for childcare professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Supporting the day-to-day care and supervision of children aged 0–5


• Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities


• Promoting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing


• Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment


• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues


• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures

• CACHE Level 2 or CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (ESSENTIAL – no other qualifications will be considered)


• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting


• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach


• Good understanding of the EYFS framework


• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Full-time hours (40 hours per week, all year round)
