Responsibilities of a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support communication and language, personal and social development, physical skills and early learning.

• Set up creative and sensory play opportunities


• Encourage children to explore, talk and cooperate


• Observe children and respond to their next steps


• Provide attentive support with care routines


• Maintain safeguarding and wellbeing as daily priorities

Requirements for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: The right Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be qualified to Level 3 in childcare or early years and will bring warmth, initiative and sound professional judgement. You should work well with colleagues and communicate respectfully with families.
