Salary / Pay Rate £14.25 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Assistant to support the daily running of a thriving early years classroom. Working alongside experienced nursery educators, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that fosters early childhood learning and development.

Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with the planning and setup of engaging, age-appropriate play and learning activities.

• Supporting children's personal care, routine tracking, and emotional well-being.


• Observing and recording child development in line with the EYFS framework.


• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere.

Requirements & Qualifications: • Must hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3, or equivalent).

• Prior experience working as an early years assistant or teaching assistant in a nursery or pre-school setting.


• A warm, patient personality with strong communication and team-working skills.
