Aspire People are currently recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who holds a relevant Level 2 qualification and has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting with classroom learning and differentiated activities
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
- Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and wider curriculum activities
- Working closely with class teachers and support staff
- Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress where required
- Holds a relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
- Has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school
- Has a good understanding of the primary school environment
- Is patient, reliable, and supportive
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is confident supporting pupils with different needs and abilities
- Has a genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
