Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates who hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and have more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis


• Assisting with classroom learning across the primary curriculum


• Supporting Maths, English, phonics and reading activities


• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence


• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines


• Working closely with class teachers and wider support staff


• Providing additional support to pupils who require it

The Requirements:

• Recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification


• More than 6 months' UK-based experience working within a school


• Experience supporting children in a primary setting


• Good understanding of classroom expectations and routines


• Patient, reliable and adaptable approach


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
