To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay: £27,393 \- £27,955 per annum. based on experience (*40 hours per week*).

About our Nursery

Our Bampton nursery is a small setting nestled in the charming village of Bampton at the end of Bowling Green Close, right next to Bampton Primary School.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play\-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.

  • Support the day\-to\-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.

  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
