Lettings Property Inspector

A busy and fast\-paced letting agency is looking for an organised Property Inspector to join our team. This is a full\-time role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of being out on property visits and office\-based work, has a keen eye for detail, and can manage a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and carrying out property inspections


• Completing detailed inventories and check\-out reports


• Assessing and handling deposit dilapidations, including dispute resolution


• Managing post check\-out administration


• Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams


• Arranging maintenance works and coordinating contractors


• Ensuring accurate record\-keeping and reporting Supporting the wider property management team as needed.

• Full UK driving licence


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Good written and verbal communication


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential (full training can be provided)
