- Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, well-presented and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Weybridge and surrounding property market would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
