- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Ensuring all lettings activity is handled in line with compliance and company standards
- Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
- Strong sales ability with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and well-presented at all times
- Strong telephone manner with a positive, proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
- Good knowledge of Chiswick and surrounding West London areas beneficial
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
