- Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
- Strong negotiation skills with a confident and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of customer service and client care
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude
- Good knowledge of the Camberley and surrounding areas
- Full UK Driving Licence required (own vehicle preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
