Are you a lettings negotiator who is passionate, self-motivated and keen to be hands on in finding new opportunities within the business? Then, this may be the role for you!

An exciting and challenging vacancy has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join this boutique, privately-owned estate agency in Notting Hill. The company primarily operates within the mid to upper end of the market; therefore, you should be professional, polished, and confident in order to thrive in this position.

This lettings negotiator role will require you to have previous experience in residential lettings inprime central London to strengthen the existing team, along with enthusiasm and first-class customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Personal attributes:

  • At least 12 months’ experience as a residential lettings negotiator

  • A keen interest in property

  • Some understanding of the Prime Central London property market

  • ARLA / NFoPP would be beneficial

  • Ambitious and self-motivated

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages

  • A full UK driving licence.

The salary for this lettings negotiator role will include a basic depending on experience, with on target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000. A pooled car or car allowance will also be provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays with half a day back in lieu.
