OTE: £30,000 - £35,000
An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency in Maidenhead. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, offering involvement across the full lettings process.
This Lettings Negotiator position is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with people daily, and being involved in both customer-facing and administrative aspects of lettings.
Role Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be involved in the end-to-end lettings process, supporting landlords and tenants from enquiry through to move-in. You will be responsible for arranging viewings, handling enquiries, and supporting the wider lettings function.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Provide feedback to landlords following viewings (including same-day where possible)
- Handle enquiries across phone, email, and face-to-face communication
- Book and support market appraisals/valuation appointments
- Carry out property appraisals (or develop towards this where applicable)
- Prepare tenancy documentation accurately
- Manage diaries and coordinate appointments
- Maintain and update CRM systems and records
- Support the sales team with investor-related activity
- Assist the wider lettings team where required
- Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and detail-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
- IT competent and able to use CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
- £22,500 - £25,000 basic salary (DOE)
- £30,000 - £35,000 OTE
