Lettings Negotiator

Location: Kensington

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 basic (DOE)

OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped)

Shared Company car for appointments

Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and busy, independent estate agency in the desirable location of Kensington.

The Lettings Negotiator is a key role within the branch.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator

  • Minimum of 1 years experience

  • Strong knowledge of the local property market

  • Confident, target-driven and commercially aware

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Good at building rapports with Landlords and Tenants

  • Generate new business

  • Team player

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Ambitious and motivated with a desire to succeed in a high-performing environment
