Are you an energetic and driven individual with a passion for property and people? Are client are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Gloucester branch.

About the Role: As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of their business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike. You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting property viewings and negotiations


• Matching tenants to suitable properties


• Supporting landlords in securing quality tenants quickly


• Building long-lasting client relationships


• Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records


• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the process

What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• A proactive and target-driven attitude


• Strong organisation and attention to detail


• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
