The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for supporting landlords and tenants throughout the rental process while helping to grow the lettings portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting the progression of tenancies through to move-in
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and motivated attitude
- Professional and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Realistic OTE of £30,000
