The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, managing and mentoring a team, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance across all aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new instructions, increasing revenue and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the lettings process.

- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
- Monitoring departmental performance, maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a Lettings Manager position
- ARLA qualified or working towards a recognised industry qualification
- Proven track record of winning new instructions and increasing market share
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Thorough understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Highly organised with strong administrative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
