Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Lettings Manager to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience and exceptional communication skills, ensuring a seamless process for both landlords and tenants. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the lettings team, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Duties
- Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements while providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, including tenant applications, references, and contracts.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well\-maintained and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Provide training and support to lettings staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the tenancy period.
- Proven administrative experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider range of clients.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Pay: From £30,000\.00 per year
