Experienced Lettings Manager – Exeter

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (flexible for the right person)

Are you an experienced Lettings Manager looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? We are seeking a bright, dynamic, and professional individual to join our team in Exeter and take the lead in driving business growth and managing a successful lettings operation. As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the lettings department, leading a team of four, and playing a key role in winning new business and expanding our clients portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a team of 4 lettings and property management staff


• Driving new business generation and increasing market share


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Overseeing property listings, viewings, and negotiations


• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice


• Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings


• Proven track record in winning new business


• Previous team management or supervisory experience


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Highly organised, proactive, and professional approach


• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm


• Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm


• Time off in lieu for Saturday working
