This is a part-time, office-based Lettings Administrator role requiring 20-25 hours per week. Ideally to work 5 days a week, for example from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and will be based in North London.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft Section 13 notices for rental increases across a diverse portfolio of properties
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks via an online platform for new tenants
- Conduct tenant references on incoming tenants
- Drafting tenancy agreements
- Launching properties to the online portals when re-letting
- Collecting the compliance certificates for new tenancies from Compliance Lead prior to the commencement of new tenancy
- Assisting with office admin on behalf of the property managers
- Fully office based – part-time 5 days per week and 20-25 hours per week
- Experience of the Lettings and/or Property Management industry
- Experience in an Agency is preferable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to tackle different projects simultaneously
