Lettings and Sales Negotiator

Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of an established real estate business based in Bury St Edmunds. Our client is seeking an ambitious and proactive Lettings and Sales Negotiator who is keen to build a successful career in the property sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospective buyers and tenants, register their requirements and

• Complete tenant referencing procedures, including identity verification and statutory Right to Rent checks.


• Visit managed properties, document their condition and provide landlords with clear inspection reports to coordinate repairs.


• Oversee tenancy check-outs, including end-of-tenancy administration and negotiations relating to deposit deductions.


• Provide prompt, professional assistance to sales and lettings enquiries received by telephone, email or in person.


• Contribute to property promotion by helping to maintain the company’s social media channels and marketing activity.

• Property industry experience would be beneficial, particularly within an estate agency or lettings environment.


• Applicants must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.


• Clear, confident communication skills combined with excellent organisation and attention to detail.


• A self-motivated approach, with a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.


• Comfortable working with property management systems and using social media for business purposes.

• A pool car is available for appointments
