Job Title: Lettings Administrator Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Salary: £9.50 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am - 3:00pm, paid as overtime
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator Apprentice to join a busy and friendly property team in Hove.
This is a varied role ideal for someone looking to start a career in property, gaining hands-on experience across lettings, administration, and property management while working towards a recognised qualification.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage a varied workload and multitask
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the property industry
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
Responsibilities for an Apprentice
- Supporting lettings and property management teams with day-to-day administration
- Handling enquiries from tenants, landlords, applicants, and contractors
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with property documentation and appointment bookings
- Supporting tenancy, lettings, and property management administration
- Providing professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Gaining exposure to the day-to-day running of a busy property office
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
- Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
- Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially progress into a permanent role within the business.
