Legal Secretary | US Law Firm | 3:2 Hybrid Working

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced and passionate Legal Secretary looking to join a leading US law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global firm in the City, who offer a collaborative culture, excellent benefits, and long-term career prospects.

Based in stunning, modern offices, you'll join a growing London team of 200+ professionals who are known for being inclusive, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

This role offers fantastic exposure across secretarial, administrative, and client-facing responsibilities, supporting fee earners within a busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes for partners and associates

  • Coordinating international travel across multiple time zones

  • Opening new clients and matters

  • Supporting billing and financial administration

  • Organising meetings, events, and client coordination

  • Drafting documents and correspondence

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal PA in a City law firm

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational and diary management skills

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach

  • A positive, team-focused attitude

  • Strong IT skills, including in Microsoft Office
