Key responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners
- Audio typing and preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, appointments and client meetings
- Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Opening and maintaining client files
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous legal secretarial experience (essential)
- Exposure to Private Client work such as Wills, Probate, Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney (highly desirable)
- Strong typing and audio typing skills
