Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant – Private Client (Norwich)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary / Legal PA to join a well-respected Private Client team based in Norwich. This is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of a close-knit, collaborative group where you will provide essential support to Fee Earners and Partners across a varied and interesting workload.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team and takes satisfaction from providing reliable, high-quality administrative and legal support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining client files and documentation
- Audio typing, transcription, and proofreading of correspondence
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents, letters, and emails
- Scanning and general document handling
- Opening new matters, completing ID verification, and preparing client care packs
- Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative assistance to Fee Earners and Partners
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary / PA role (Private Client experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong skills in document production, formatting, and accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities
- Confident communicator and strong team player
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and develop within a Private Client setting
