JOB TITLE: Family Legal Secretary
PQE REQUIRED: 1 Years’ Equivalent Experience
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: Up to £35,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A respected law firm is seeking a Family Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to its family law team. Responsibilities will include preparing legal documents and correspondence, managing diaries, liaising with clients and third parties, opening and maintaining files and assisting with the day-to-day administration of a busy caseload. You will be an integral part of the team and contribute to the delivery of an exceptional client service.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Legal Secretaries with previous experience in a family law environment, although candidates with experience gained in other legal disciplines will also be considered. You will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach to client care.
