I am recruiting for a well established, leading Law firm in Slough who is looking for a secretary or paralegal with experience to support a friendly and fast paced Family & Litigation department. This role offers training and development, excellent benefits and competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of family law matters.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare relevant documentation for client cases.

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, court appearances, and other appointments.

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents.

  • Draft legal correspondence, petitions, and motions.

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.

  • Provide support during trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and assisting with courtroom logistics.

  • Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and procedures.
