Legal Project Executive

Be-Resourcing are supporting a leading international professional services firm with their search for a Legal Project Executive to join their growing Legal Operations team in London. Offering a hybrid working model and a salary of £45,700 - £51,900, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with project support, PMO, operations, or process improvement experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, analysing data, and driving efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of a range of client and internal projects.


• Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and key milestones.


• Produce reporting, analysis, and management information to support decision-making.


• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across legal and business support functions.


• Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.


• Support the adoption of project management tools, systems, and best practices.

About you:

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, business improvement, or a similar role.


• Previous experience within a legal, professional services, or corporate environment would be advantageous.


• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• A proactive approach and an interest in project management, operations, or continuous improvement.
