Legal PA

A Legal 500 ranked national law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their Succession \& Tax team in Bristol.

This is a varied, fast\-paced role supporting a highly regarded specialist team — with a genuine opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory position over time.

The Role

• Delivering high quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners


• Managing complex diaries and coordinating travel arrangements


• Drafting, amending and maintaining precedent letters and house style documents


• Matter setup and compliance with internal procedures


• Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners

A proven background in legal secretarial or PA work within a professional services environment is preferred. Previous private client or succession experience is advantageous but not essential — strong candidates from other sectors with excellent secretarial and administrative skills will also be considered.

Applications are also welcome from experienced Legal Secretaries and Personal Assistants with a legal or professional services background looking to step up into a PA position.
