About this Job

The Legal Operations Manager role is a critical role designed to straddle the Legal and Finance teams. Acting as a "translator" between the two functions, and as a reviewer, the position partners with, but predominantly relieves, senior leadership of administrative bottlenecks by integrating operational financial oversight, information gathering and management, systems management, and regulatory compliance into the heart of the legal team.

Person Specification


  • ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Commercially minded professional with at least 3 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Practice Management, or a related or equivalent field

  • Technical proficiency to gather, analyse and interpret complex data, and the "soft skills" required to communicate clearly navigating GLP’s unique mission\-driven environment as a fundraising campaigner, funder, and solicitor

  • Advanced Excel/data management skills with demonstrated experience in financial estimating and modelling,

Professional Qualifications

3\+ years in Legal Operations, Legal Practice Management, or a related or equivalent field
