You will join the Corporate Center, the operational hub supporting our business units to thrive, through a culture of collaboration. This is where strategic planning and financial management, sustainable practices and technological innovation, risk assessment and human resources converge to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.

About your future Team

Support the structuring and execution of M\&A, finance (including financing regulatory) and capital markets by contributing to legal drafting and regulatory interpretation, ensuring consistency with applicable corporate and market standards.

How will your day\-to\-day look like:

• Support M\&A and joint venture processes, including due diligence coordination and document review and regulatory assessments.


• Assist in financing transactions, treasury\-related documentation, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.


• Contribute to the implementation of regulatory legal requirements.


• Conduct legal research on corporate, financial, regulatory, and sustainability frameworks.


• Review and prepare basic contractual and transactional documentation.


• Liaise with internal teams and external law firms.


• Monitor regulatory developments and support internal adaptation to new legal and compliance standards.

• Solid foundation in Private Law, including civil, corporate, finance and capital markets law.
