Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel for a global automotive company in Gothenburg. Start is in the beginning / middle of February 2027, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Assignment Description – Legal Counsel
We are looking for a proactive and independent Legal Counsel to support the business with a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with supplier contracts, NDAs, procurement processes, and general corporate matters, preferably within an international organisation.

Requirements

Law degree or equivalent legal education.

3–6 years of relevant legal experience

Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters.

Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier and commercial contracts.

Experience with drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Ability to support the business with corporate legal matters as they arise.

Experience working with and supporting procurement processes.

Previous experience from working in an international context

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice.
