Legal Administrator (IP Renewals) – Hampshire
We're working with a well-established IP firm in Hampshire that is looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join their Renewals team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IP renewals experience, or a legal administrator looking to move into intellectual property. Full training will be provided for candidates with a strong legal administration background.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate renewals records within the firm's case management system.
- Monitoring and managing patent and trade mark renewal deadlines.
- Preparing and checking invoices for accuracy.
- Processing client instructions efficiently.
- Liaising with clients and attorneys regarding renewals and related queries.
