About the Role Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of secondary schools in Liverpool.

This role is ideal for dedicated and motivated individuals who have previous experience supporting students in a school environment and are passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities • Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities


• Provide additional support to students with varying learning needs


• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment


• Support students with academic tasks, organisation, and engagement


• Promote student confidence, independence, and wellbeing

Essential Requirements • Previous experience working in a secondary school or similar setting is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff


• A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach


• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
