Duties
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs, including those with autism and other disabilities
- Support students during classroom activities, ensuring they remain focused and engaged in their learning process
- Provide one\-on\-one or small group support to students requiring additional help, especially children with special educational needs or those in toddler care
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and social interaction among students
- Help facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support and progress tracking
- Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) by monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly desirable
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or other disabilities demonstrates your ability to adapt teaching methods effectively
- Background in teaching or special education enhances your capacity to meet diverse learner needs
- Familiarity with toddler care is a plus, reflecting your ability to work with early learners
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members, students, and families effectively
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting young learners’ development
Pay: £101\.68\-£156\.25 per day
