Post Summary:
Trinity College Dublin seeks to appoint a Learning \& Organisation Development Officer to join the newly expanded Learning and Organisation Development (L\&OD) team, a group of learning professionals with diverse backgrounds who serve the university’s broad staff base, professional and academic.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual, who is delivery focused with a continuous improvement ethos, who would like to expand their competence in the L\&OD domain.
The post holder will have the skills and knowledge to design and deliver L\&OD programmes and initiatives aligned to Trinity’s Strategic Plan “Thrive”, it’s mission and values.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Level 8 University degree in (HR, Psychology, Communications, Business\-related field) or the equivalent proven experience in the successful co\-ordination of Learning \& Development initiatives within a comparable role (essential).
- Relevant postgraduate qualification and / or coaching or facilitation accreditation (essential).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Learning and Development role (essential).
- Experience of stakeholder consultation to clearly define requirements and desired outcomes (essential).
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 pay scale (€59,589 \- €70,018 per annum) in line with current Government pay policy.
