The Learning Delivery Manager leads the execution of diverse learning programmes, reinforcing Deloitte's culture and values.
As a key member of the Delivery Management team, the Learning Delivery Manager will ensure a memorable and exceptional development experience and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to achieve business and learning objectives for each programme delivery.
Role description
Programme execution \& operations
- Manages end\-to\-end programme delivery from pre\-programme logistics to post\-programme evaluation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participants and faculty
- Ensures delivery meets business outcomes and learning objectives
- Supports agile, local and exceptional programme deliveries across EMEA (virtual and onsite)
- Leads delivery teams (Junior Delivery Managers, coordinators, vendors)
- Leads onboarding and ongoing support of facilitators, Deans, speakers and mentors
- Facilitates briefings, plenaries and daily debriefs
- Handles escalations from delegates and faculty
- Evaluates facilitator performance and provides feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensures optimal delegate\-to\-facilitator ratios and manages last\-minute changes (replacements, cancellations)
- Oversees onsite opening and closing of programme deliveries
- Acts as onsite escalation point for incidents, emergencies and ethical issues
- Reviews evaluations, tracks metrics and drives continuous improvement
- Builds strong relationships across DU EMEA, member firms, faculty, Châteauform and service providers
- Coordinates with geography learning leaders to confirm attendance and delegate nominations
- Partners with Curriculum Managers to implement programme updates and enhance learning impact
- Collects and analyses feedback from participants and faculty
- Shares insights and recommendations to improve delivery quality
- Ensures clear communication of programme objectives and content to facilitators
- Manages programme budgets with ownership mindset
- Tracks spend against financial plans and ensures compliance
- Escalates deviations or discrepancies when required
- Reviews and approves supplier invoices
- Identifies cost optimisation and process improvement opportunities
- Oversees coordination across programmes during Industry weeks
- Selects and schedules vendors for cross\-programme networking activities
- Collaborates with Industry Deans to prepare speakers and ensure session design is followed
- Manages Spotlight sessions: speaker onboarding, facilitation, AV setup and hosting
- Manages simulations and learning activities with external vendors and stakeholders
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning \& development role.
- Proven experience managing and delivering learning programmes in a cross\-cultural environment.
- Experience working with Deloitte EMEA member firms learning teams is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in learning or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English is required. French is an advantage.

- Location: Flexible, working remote, any Deloitte office location with frequent travel to Deloitte University EMEA facility in Bailly\-Romainvilliers required.
