The Role

We’re looking for a Learning Consultant to design and deliver impactful learning that really makes a difference. You’ll bring our learning offer to life \- creating engaging content, partnering with leaders, and driving adoption across teams to build capability and support performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high\-quality learning solutions aligned to agreed plans and priorities


• Bring learning to life through engaging, practical approaches that drive performance and capability


• Lead the delivery of key programmes and pathways, using a ‘train the trainer’ approach to build capability in leaders and teams


• Facilitate and support participation across a range of learning activities, from induction to core and initiative\-led programmes


• Track and review impact, using feedback and insight to continuously improve learning outcomes


• Create simple, targeted communications to drive engagement and awareness of the learning offer


• Build strong relationships across the business to shape learning experiences and support development


• Champion a culture of continuous learning, including digital and self\-led approaches


• Collaborate with wider teams to share best practice and enhance the overall learner experience

Skills/Experience

• Confident instructional design and facilitation skills, able to adapt approaches to different audiences


• Comfortable building relationships across a range of stakeholders, establishing trust quickly


• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills, with strong attention to detail


• Able to take a brief and turn it into agile, scalable learning solutions, using rapid authoring and continuous improvement


• Commercial awareness, with a solid understanding of how the business operates from a customer, patient and colleague perspective


• Effective coaching and influencing skills, supporting performance and capability development
