Bedford \| Full\-time \| £37,000 \- £45,000 pa \+ Bonus \+ Benefits

This is a hands\-on role where you’ll deliver high\-quality roof maintenance, inspections, and repairs across a range of client sites.
You will:
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of roofing, waterproofing, façade, cladding, and building envelope systems.
- Develop competency in Electronic Leak Detection equipment and specialist testing methodologies.
- Assist with detailed condition surveys, forensic investigations, and technical reporting when required.
- Support complex leak investigations involving roofing, façade, and cladding systems.
- Support fault diagnosis on recurring or difficult\-to\-trace water ingress issues.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and as\-built information where required.
- Identify and report opportunities for additional works, upgrades, remedial projects, or maintenance contracts.
- Support client satisfaction and retention through quality and safe service delivery.
- Maintain awareness of cost\-effective investigation methods and remedial solutions.
- Contribute to achieving service delivery targets and business performance KPIs for team bonus allocation.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a reliable, safety\-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high\-quality work and excellent service.
You will have or bring:
- Experience producing technical survey reports and recommendations
- You must hold the IPAF Licence
- A valid CSCS card
- PASMA Certification
- Working at Height certification
- Experience using Electronic Leak Detection equipment
- Knowledge of CWCT testing methodologies
- A full UK driving licence
