Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of systems integration projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, interface specifications, and integration procedures.
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance assessments of integrated systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5\+ years of experience in systems integration, systems engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, networking, and data integration.
- Experience managing complex technical projects and cross\-functional teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
- Professional certifications related to systems engineering, project management, or integration technologies.
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical workstreams.
