Your Impact

As a Lead Systems Engineer within OpenText's Directory Services team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the core infrastructure services that support a global enterprise environment. You will work across Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud technologies to ensure services remain secure, reliable, and scalable. By combining technical expertise with strong operational discipline, you will help drive automation, improve service delivery, and support key infrastructure initiatives that enable business success.

What the Role Offers

  • Support and enhance large\-scale Directory Services platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud\-based services.

  • Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and critical infrastructure services.

  • Leverage automation tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible to improve operational efficiency and consistency.

  • Collaborate on domain migrations, platform upgrades, cloud integrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

  • Work with a diverse technology stack including Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OKTA, Infoblox, and Zabbix.

  • Partner with experienced engineers while developing expertise in enterprise\-scale infrastructure and directory services.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5\+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments with a focus on Windows Server and Active Directory technologies.

  • Strong hands\-on experience with directory services, DNS, Group Policy, identity management, and systems administration.

  • Experience with scripting and automation technologies, including PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.

  • Solid understanding of virtualization, networking fundamentals, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and infrastructure best practices.

  • Working knowledge of Linux administration, patch management processes, monitoring tools, and technical documentation.

  • Strong communication, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and participate in on\-call support rotations.
